how it works?

Complete & send the How Do I Get Started  form on this website. Clearly state:

• Your name and address details 
• If you wish to start with the Starter Pack or list the specific products you would like to start with
• Any special place for delivery.

You will then receive an email with:

• Your UNIQUE CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER
• Bank details for Elephant Refills
• Confirmation of your first order and delivery date.

There is a one-off joining fee to start with Elephant Refills which is to cover set up costs.  You have two options for joining fee. 

• Option One: for those wanting to use Elephant Refills reusable bottles.
• Option Two -  for those using their own bottles.

• A one-off joining fee of £17.50 is required at the start to cover the costs of up to 10 reusable bottles, pumps and lids 
• If within 3 months you decide to discontinue with Elephant Refills then the joining fee will be refunded if you can return the empty bottles and bags in good condition so they can be reused.
• For extra bottles there is a £1.75 charge per bottle.  If you return these extra bottles at anytime in a suitable condition to be reused your account will be credited 75p. 

•  If you wish to use your own containers the joining fee is reduced to £10 to cover the labelling of the bottles.

• Please pay the amount due by bank transfer.  
• Always use your Unique Customer Number as the reference for each bank transfer so orders and payments can be easily tracked.  Thank you.

• On receipt of payment the Starter Pack will be delivered to your door. The Starter Pack gives you a chance to try lots of the products.
• If you are using your own bottles, they will be collected and filled and delivered back to your door.
• All bottles need to be rinsed and dried, lid closed and ready to be refilled.

When you require a refill - send an email to elephantrefills@outlook.com clearly stating:

• Your Unique Customer Number
• The products, volumes and quantities you require
• Always order refills via email to elephantrefills@outlook.com or via the link Refill Order on this website.

• Deliveries will take place Tuesdays.
• Leave your clean  and closed empties outside on the Tuesday.
• Orders need to be in by 12 noon on the day before delivery.

• Please ensure you have emptied,  washed the bottles and lids inside and out and closed the lids before collection.
• Regular customers have 2 bottles per product.  One bottle they are using at home and one that is refilled and delivered the next time.  You can then leave your empty out at a later date to the refill being delivered so you never run out.
• Bottles are labelled with your Unique Customer Number so you receive the same bottle back with the refill next time.

• A summary of all the refills you have received and the total cost for the month will be sent to you at the end of each month.  
• Please then make a bank transfer using your Unique Customer Reference Number.

1. It is the responsibility of the Customer to wash their own bottles and lids, inside and out before leaving them closed on the doorstep.  Elephant Refills will refill these bottles and wash the outside of the bottles before returning them.
2. Full product label information can be sent to you on request so you can check for allergens and precautions before using them.
3. Please be advised that potential allergens may have come in contact with the products in transport, packaging, production and refilling: e.g. Wheat, Soya, Nuts, Dairy.
4. Keep products out of reach of young children and avoid contact with eyes.
5. Although every effort has been made to ensure this information is correct and accurate, we cannot be held liable instances where it is incorrect.
