Leave your clean and closed empties outside on the following Tuesday and Friday after you have re-ordered.
Orders need to be in by 12 noon on the day before delivery.
Please ensure you have emptied, washed the bottles and lids inside and out and closed the lids before collection.
Regular customers have 2 bottles per product. One bottle they are using at home and one that is refilled and delivered the next time. You can then leave your empty out at a later date to the refill being delivered so you never run out.
Bottles are labelled with your Unique Customer Number so you receive the same bottle back with the refill next time.
Payment for Refills
A summary of all the refills you have received and the total cost for the month will be sent to you at the end of each month.
Please then make a bank transfer using your Unique Customer Reference Number.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to wash their own bottles and lids, inside and out before leaving them closed on the doorstep. Elephant Refills will refill these bottles and wash the outside of the bottles before returning them.
Full product label information can be sent to you on request so you can check for allergens and precautions before using them.
Please be advised that potential allergens may have come in contact with the products in transport, packaging, production and refilling: e.g. Wheat, Soya, Nuts, Dairy.
Keep products out of reach of young children and avoid contact with eyes.
